Thanks. I would not have thought about the wind blowing the light weight easel around. I will have to look at heavier ones, I suppose :( |

Anya, A lot of people consider the traditional French box easel heavy but considering that you can usually get all your stuff inside it's not too bad. Especially if you put straps on it. Don't forget wind. Too light an easel will shake in the breeze or blow over. I find my box easel beats all other arrangements. |

Can't start a new thread, but I wanted some input on EASELS. I'd like to get a portable, light weight one to carry around to do "plein air" and noticed two that looked good (on is Weber Italia, and I can't remember the brand of the other). Any suggestions, helpful hints, experiences? Thanks |
